Meeting; with Mary Higgins CEO Statutory fraud Fund!

Before I go into this news on the Statutory fund we are survivors who stand together NOT MSSS but was invited by the MSSS to hear and speak on this fund as we know many survivors online could not make the meeting.

Hi everyone here are the RESULTS OF THE STATUTORY FUND at that MSSS MEETING
In fairness to many survivors there, they did their best and said what they had to say regarding this fund, it was held by Oliver Burke msss and Mary Higgins who is resposible for this Fund.
I will try my best to explain to you how it went and what has been outlined I know for sure you all will NOT be very happy but at the same time not surprised.

The meeting took a near 4 hours
The original 110 million promised and forced upon all survivors as pocket change to be used as an escape fund for the Government and Religious alike.

Out of that Fund of the total sum of 110 million there is only 70 million left 4 million gone or missing at this time no explanations were expressed as per usual due to questions and answers at the meeting survivors have the right to ask regarding their personal views.

Mary Higgins has no power to go over or beyond the fund she is to keep within the framework of the fund.
Mary Higgins ( IS ) being payed OUT of this FUND she is on 80,000 a year to work this fund but no GROUPS are to get anything

many survivors had different views and needs from this fund but in the same hand do not want this fund but it is being FORCED now onto all survivors to accept wether we like it or not.

Here are some hard hitting facts survivors over seventy and seriously ill and may be DYING asked if they can use the fund for their funeral the answer came swiftly from Mary Higgins NO there will not be enough to go round every survivor
then many survivors asked then how much can be given towards their funerals she did not see yet of a way for this to be done as there is education and many other needs serious operations and the such.

My questions to her came hard and fast and very loud and very CLEAR I was so shocked with myself as i am not a speaker.
I asked does this fund belong to the survivors or your organization? No answer
a survivor asked what DO I get from this fund NO answer just an outline of what this fund is to be used for.
I asked where is the rest of the money 4 million she said it is not all there yet??? mmm I thought so I asked if this money was to be given to the survivors I asked then where is the interest in this fund and who has it as for the length of time this has been going on 110 million should have earned a hugh amount of interest by now. WHERE is this interest as MONEY never stands still. NO ANSWER as survivors interrupted but understandable to their frustration.
many survivors spoke openly and broke down in tears it was setting of many survivors who really need finances to support their suffering.

I opened my speech to the board of this meeting facing Mary Higgins and said

Minister Quinns own words on the Ryan Report HIS words not ours as he referred to us as the WALKING WOUNDED, THE DAMAGED, THE SUFFERING, THE HURT and the CONTINUOUS PAIN he to this answer wants to steal in a 50 50 fund from what is really needed for those words that it is sick to seek any 50 50 deal on the words he said him self caused BY THE GOVERNMENT OF IRELAND AND THE RELIGIOUS
A limited education fund that has no use and then I asked who actually benefitted from these so called funds for education ? I cannot see one person in this room who would have benefitted from that education fund for sure and ALL agreed on the floor.
I said you offer us a RELIGIOUS SHRINE an insult for the damage done by your Government and the Religious another cover up.

I then mention on how this Minister Quinn LIED to the PEOPLE OF IRELAND that the MAJORITY of the survivors wanted this fund he wrote to me saying it was published in the papers But never on TV.

My answer to this was this MINISTER AND HIS GOVERNMENT HAVE COMMITTED AN ILLEGAL ACT as he reffers to ILLEGAL GROUPS WHO WE CALL THE MAFIA working on their behalf to steal the LIVES OF OUR ADULTHOOD TOO AS WELL AS OUR CHILDHOOD.

I explained that it was illegal to have had any dealings with these Groups as they were NEVER Qualified, not experienced no had any police checks and the truth MILLIONS have gone missing where is that money?
I said they held the meeting AFTER they decided what they got for themselves.

I DEMANDED A PUBLIC INQUIRY into ALL GROUPS and that the RIGHT OF PLACE BE CLOSED DOWN as they have done NOTHING but TRICKED and BULLIED survivors into SUBMISSION of their rights.

Mary took MANY HIGGINS notes on this matter as I explain in every detail of how they have never represented survivors that they shoved thousands of documents in massive envelopes and were posted out NOTHING was done for survivors in REHABS IN HOSPITAL IN ORISON IN REST HOMES IN THE STREETS they were always seen as a PROBLEM so they IGNORED MANY SURVIVORS and mistreated them all a SHAM A DOWN RIGHT DISGRACE TO THIS IRSIH GOVERNMENT AND WE WILL NOT GO AWAY

THIS FUND IF IT BELONGS TO SURVIVORS IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS TO ALL SURVIVORS IT WILL PAY FOR NOTHING IF ALL SURVIVORS ARE TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AND THE SAME and She said there is nothing worth handing out to survivors personally.

I was so mad i walked out at one stage and then thought no this is not about my feelings it is about ALL survivors so after a quick fag and calmed down i went back in and said THIS FUND IS IT YOURS OR OURS if it is OURS CAN WE USE IT PLEASE TO TAKE THE GOVERNMENT ANFD RELIGIOUS TO COURT IN EUROPE AND SUE THEM FOR the two MAIN POINTS THEY SEEM TO BE GETTING AWAY WITH.
FALSE IMPRISONMENT AND CHILD SLAVERY I am sorry BUT I REPEATED THIS OVER AND OVER AND OVEr AGAIN but sadly no ANSWER.

I thanked Mr Burke for letting me in this meeting and Mary Higgins for coming down but then she will have our money for her expenses.
I said why dont you resign just as the JUSTICE LEFOY Oliver said her hands are tied because she has no other job as she is not a civil servant I answered
WE HAVE LOST OUR LIVES not just this money not religious orders compensation but people are dying with the life they were dealt with
BY the way if you die you are NOT entitled to this fund the answer was how can we pay for you when you are dead
For now i leave you all with that I fought fucken hard in that meeting

the total in the meeting was about 30 people every single survivor thanked me for my out spoken voice even though i shock Mary Higgins I was more shocked myself at myself but i have had it with the way survivors are suffering.

I refer to your letter dated the 16th August 2013 regarding Right of Place Second Chance.
The Department of Education and Skills provides funding to Survivor Groups, solely for the operation of information and referral services to former residents wishing to access the various schemes set up by the Government e.g. Redress Board, Child Abuse Commission.

This includes Right of Place which has received funding since 2001.
The funding is channelled through the City of Cork VEC and expenditure of these funds has been monitored by a co-ordinator engaged by the VEC on behalf of the Department until May 2013. The Department continues to monitor the expenditure of this organisation and receipts are provided along with the annual accounts of the organisation.

In addition to the Department’s funding, this organisation also receives funding from the Health Services Executive. As advocated by the Comptroller and Auditor General in his Special Report No. 74of September 2010, the Department liaises with the HSE to ensure a co-ordinator approach to its funding and that no duplication of funding arise.

As previously announced by the Minister, responsibility for information for survivors will be taken on by the Statutory Fund, funding of Survivor Groups by this Department will cease. As a consequence, all Survivor Groups funding will cease funding with effect 31st December 2013.
